Cancellation Policy

Here at N3 Beauty, we value our team and being fully transparent with our clients. Here is our cancelation policy: When you book a service with N3, our MUAs reserve your selected date and time in their calendars. This means that should you cancel, our team is often unable to have another client fill that time slot, creating a substantial loss for our small business. For this reason, N3 Beauty requires that all clients cancel their appointments no less that 7 days in advance. In canceling your booking, 50% of your deposit will be refunded via original payment method. Please note that depending on your banking institution, your refund may take up to 10 days to process. The remaining 50% of your deposit will be non-refundable, to compensate our MUAs for their time and the products they purchased in preparation for your custom service (i.e. false eyelashes, color-matched foundation, etc.) Client care is at the heart and center of everything we do.
